With diabetes second type am living for 13 years, keeping sugar in norm helping me kefir cocktails.
With pear.
Clean pear, soft kind by, chop to purée with blender, or mixer, add 1-2 glass of kefir one per. fatness , shake. Add one tea.sp. of honey, mix, sprinkle with cinnamon powder, use this and other cocktails for 2-3 times/week.
With ginger.
250 ml. of kefir use one tea.sp. cinnamon, pinch for dried root of ginger, shake in blender.
With cinnamon.
250 ml. of kefir add one tea.sp. powder cinnamon and half of chopped apple, shake in blender.
With raspberry.
200 gr of raspberry berries fresh or frozen, wash, dry on towel, clean from stalks, and add 0.5 l. of kefir in blender, add berries, shake till same mass.
With curcuma.
In glass of kefir add handful for cinnamon, curcuma and one tea.sp. of seeds chia. Infuse night, drink in the morning.

Kefir cocktails matching in diabetes second type , adding spices are improving digestion, and having anti-inflammatory effect, normalizing metabolism and sugar level in blood. But a few correctives am adding ,on the last recipe dosage for cinnamon is big, norm for portion 0.5 tea.sp, and same is curcuma. In berries of raspberries are curious effect having, as in tie in her allagic acid, she is the best stimulator of immunity, and affecting as cardio protecting, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effect.And in pear recipe honey change on stevia.
