Cold and dark evening are affecting on our mood, we are needing in warming , as wrapping in blanket and watching TV or book reading. And better, to add to these ideas, a drink of herbal tea as warming.
Mix one tbl.sp. chopped dried herb hypericum perforatum, oregano, leafs of mint, raspberry, black currant, blackberry, flowers of marigolds, agrimony and 2 tbl.sp. leafs of mint, fl. prunes or change theirs on 2 tbl.sp. herb thyme.
2tbl.sp. of mixed mass add in 0.5 l. of the hot water, infuse for half hours, filter, use one glass for 1-2 times/day.
In autumn tea entering and other herbs, you can add just 1–2 of herbs, as just thyme and mint, as better on doubled by size, such tea refreshes, calms nerves, warms, fills organism with vitamins.
And every ingredient having contraindications, thus visit a doctor for consult.
