Belly ache is infarctus signs.

 Myocarditis infarctus is not always happening with  breast ache, sometimes they are not specifical, that worries also delusion.Ache  belly, vomiting, sickness ,like a sign for gastrointestinal signs, but ECG shows myocarditis infarctus.

And check pressure, if attack is long, and pressure is higher,than 140-80, use nitroglycerine and hear to ache, if not  better use still 2 with intervals for 5 min, if not help again chew pill acetylsalicylic acid and call the doctor.

Timely recognize infarcts is a favourable for life and recovering sign.
