And not raise on very high, than 1 cm over floor as exercise is not effectivity, just causing tiredness.
Such concussions doing for one time /sec, after 30 repeats as for one approach a pause on ten sec, and here deeply breath by belly.
And its a good lead to 10 approaches within a day.
Squats.
A save method and effective for blood pumping are squats. And in just right doing. Legs are widely for shoulders, spine is straight, hands before itself , and for adults, and new , after disease are before itself with vertical support as plank from bar is on the playground, fitness platform, and from shovel handle.
