Am enjoying reading books, and press, as and my favourite Doctor, and against eyes problems am training theirs everyday.

In the evening doing procedure , which a good fighting tension, and am take two flaps of a soft fabric, one wet in hot water, other in cold, apply to eyes a hot fabric, after right away a cold on one min. On summer am adding in all dishes a green tops, and for winter dry her and use as spicy to soups and second dishes, and result ,that on my 75 y.old am not using glasses..
That test for vision used are Arabs, look on the night star a sky, find big bear, and if in a handle of ladle as in middle star you are see small star, thus vision sharpness in you is norm.
