On 5.00-6.00, as importance not just to open eyes, but body wake up, thus for body needing workout, and for brain is reading pleasant, as a few pages in favourite books, and with tight breakfast, that organism getting needing fuel. This is a good soul location and not allowing in my sense entering negative, thus all day will be bad, as not reading, watching morning news, that they are showing just incidents, war or.
Productive hard work.
8.00-14.00
He is though,that a time is a most productive, as for all importance business , yes,he is right,, as half day for me a hard work, as separating on the different times segments as on 15–35 minutes, rest is 15 min. As on a working time, am avoiding all irritations as inside and external , closing windows, if noises are having, when am working at home,am closing a door, and at room, asking that not worry me.

14.00-18.00
After big lunch, a hard work to begin, but am take affair in fist am doing this, as checking mail, paying for documents, or accounts, all am doing where needing right brain work, and time enough.
Meetings and business.
16.00-18.00
To the evening am tire,thus am planing work, which is not needing in big energy lost, as in Da Vinci diary, he added all daily meetings after 17.00, am same to do, and never upset, and to the ends aggression lowering, and activity level, thus are bad speeches happening calmer.
Sport and favourite time.
18.00-21.00
To the day ending physical loads are helping getting an awesome détente and emotional, and on the Monday, Wednesday, Friaday am visit pool, or driving bicycle , and other days am walking, reading, watching good film or meeting with friends.
Trying going in bed on 21.00-21.30 And before this watching TV , not using my gadgets, stronger sleep, is a better day.
