Peoples are ready to sleep by different, somebody wearing warm pyjama, or free without pyjama, just t short, or naked, or socks wearing, am sleeping in socks, shared in my work, they are criticized me, why you ,like warmed plant? But it's true bad?

Socks are helping faster warming in bed, blood vessels are widening, blood current increasing and warm, and warm faster spreading in all body, and brain receiving, that all is ok, relaxing and organism is ready to sleep.
And body temperature is same and staying stable within all night, that helping to prevent are tides And in throat hurt, nose stuffy , take socks and wear for night, on the morning you will be, like cucumber, as checked our grandmother and grandfathers, warm directing a blood current to extremities and helping recover faster. And not sleep in socks,which you are carried within a day, these are bacterias sources, they must be a clean, natural materials of, without tight rubber.
