Peoples are spoiling a posture, and when slouching, as shy of an own height, but remember a straight spine is a health for all organs and systems of organism.
Keep spine straight are helping physical exercises, and am offering a complex, which strengthening spine muscles.
1.Free walk with straight spine for 20-30 min, chin raised, shoulders are straightened.
2. Stay, hands for body along, move hands back, with light bending in breast vertebra region and at the same time put leg back -breathe in, return -breathe out, repeat three times with every leg.
3. Stay, hands before breast, move hands in sides is breathing in, return -breathe out, repeat 5-6 times.
4. Lie on the spine, hands for body along, legs half bent, raise pelvis till a position half bridge-breathe in, return -breathe out.
Repeat are 5-6 times.
5. Lie on the spine, bent hands in elbows, bend in vertebra/breast region/ with support on elbows-breath in, return back-breathe out, repeat 5–6 times.
6. Lie on the belly, hands on waist, bend with all corpus with a spreading legs -breathe in, return back-breathe out, repeat 5–6 times.
7. Doing this exercises with dumbbells. Lie on the belly, in hands are dumbbells, slightly stretch neck, bend in breast region, move hands in sides. Shoulder blades are together and raise straight legs, return, relax muscles. Repeat 6–8 times, exercise doing with a big load tension, head keep straight, not recline back.
8. With dumbbells , as lie on the spine, hands bent in elbows, in hands are dumbbells, legs are together. Slight neck pull our, at the same time straighten hands, raise from the floor are straightened legs, after bend hands to the shoulders and bend in breast region, return, repeat 6-8 times.
9. With dumbbells exercise. Lie on the spine, hands with dumbbells separated in sides, hands-legs together, alternately bend legs in knees in hip joints, repeat 15–20 times, keep check, that in doing exercises heels are not touching a floor, sheens are parallelly to the floor.
10. Stay on four, pull out left leg, and right hand and return, doing same with other leg and hand, in pulling out hand -breathe in.
11. Stay on four, bending hands in elbows , bending in breast region of vertebra, slightly move corpus to the front, elbows are straightened, return to initial position, repeat are 3–4 times.
