Heart is an organ from which depends on a how much a human will to live. Am advice for everybody as from child till adult is less worry, stress , depress, that conflicts aee affecting for heart work.
And in a cooking meal, do not forget about a heart. And not over eat, less eat fat and hard meal. For heart muscle benefit are millet porridge, walnuts, dried fruits, baked potato, kidney beans, seeds of oats infusion, apricots, viburnum berries infused in honey, peels with lemon, fragaria vesca leafs infusion.
A few useful recipes for strengthening heart and preventing diseases. 50 gr of root chamomile, herb of uva ursi, tilia roots powder, parsnip, petroselinum, add 4 tbl.sp. of mixed mass in 0.5 l. of water, lead till boiling, turn off fire, filter, use,like a tea on half glass with adding 0.5 tea.sp. honey.

As to pacify these diseases use tea with melissa, and drops of leonurus tincture, crataegus, corvalol, as of 4 bottles contains adding in bottle of dark glass, shake. Remedy for improving a feeling is ready. Use on 30 drops or one tbl.sp. for 3 times/day before meal.
