And if we are not receiving these substances, thus metabolism is destroying and acidity-alkalized balance and organism is slagging and diseases attacking us. And in definition of low or high acidity, as in high acidity you are feeling stomach aches, heaviness under esophagus after meal, heartburn with sour taste, hard stool.
