Berries of hyppophae are poly vitamin complex with carotene, as more clear colour in berries, thus a more vitamin C, yields just for hibiscus, Vitamins E, groups B.
Eating berries or drink juice benefit in anemia, hypertension, atherosclerosis, high blood coagulation, trombophlebitis, conditions after ishemic stroke, or infarctus myocarditis, bad mood, syndrome for chronic fatigue, after chronic diseases , lowering appetite, worsening vision.
In avitaminosis, anemia, lowering vision use one tbl.sp;. of chopped fruits in glass of hot water, infuse hour,filter, use on 1/3 glass for 3 times/day after meal, with adding sugar or honey.
Appetite improving eat before meal a few fresh berries without sugar.
In worsening vision, in ageing eyes changes use 1-2 tbl.sp. hyppophae juice ,diluted in water for 3 times/day after meal.

Juice and berries avoiding using in gastritis high acidity, stomach ulcer, urinary stones as urate stones, acuting pancreatitis, and hyppopae oil avoid use in pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, diarrhoea, irritable bowel syndrome, and less use hyppophae in oncologic diseases.
