Autumn weather is a time to do exercises at home, but these exercises are more pleasure staying, and effective with using gymnastic stick, small ball/tennis/, hoop.
With gymnastic stick, staying.
1.Rise hands up, stretch, down, repeat are 6-10 days.
2.Hands down, return body and hands to right, after to left, repat are same.
3. Stick on the shoulder bladdes, straight hands up, and incline to the front, keep 6 sec, straight, low stick on the shoulder bladdes, repeat are 6-10 times.
4. Shoulders bladdes on a stick, sit, stand up, repeat are 10-15 times.

Chair with exercise.
