Honey kvas.
Variant first.
Boiled water 5 l, honey 0.5 kg, raisin 0.5 kg, flour 100-200 gr, yeasts 25 gr.
Honey dilute in cool water, mix water, flour, yeast, add raisin, close bottle. Infuse 5-6 days for fermenting.
Variant 2 nd.
Honey 800 gr, water 9 l. raisin 800 gr, lemon 2 pieces, rye flour 2 tbl.sp.yeasts 15 gr.
Chop on pieces lemon, clean stones. Mix in 8 l. boiled water flour, honey, yeasts . After a lemon pour over a received infusion, add raisin. Add boiled water cold, wait till lemon and raisin on top will be, after filter liquid and add in bottles.In every bottle add pieces of raisins, as on every 0.5 l. are 3-5 raisins, close, and put in cold place, in 2-3 days you can drink kvas at sauna.
