400 gr cheese, 200 gr sprats in oil, 150 gr butter oil, 1 marinade cucumbers, leafs for salad, green for dill.
Cheese cut on layers thin, from which with glass cut rings. And for a keeping these sockets a form, at room temperature need to use a hard, and not fat kinds of cheese . Sprats add in deep plate, and knead with butter oil till same mass getting. For force meat cooking, you can sprats change on sprat pate . On every ring apply ready mass and care smooth with spoon. Curd cake with cookies.
200 gr cookies, 2 eggs, 2 tbl.sp. cacao, 0.5 glass sugar, 60 gr oil, 500 gr liquid curd, 250 gr fromage, one tea.sp. starch.
Chop cookies om small pieces, mix with one white egg, 2 tbl.sp. sugar, and cacao, add oil, and put on bottom an oily form. Curd add in fromage, egg, yolk, add sugar, starch. Mix good mass and put on cookie s cake, bake on 120-150 C, till ready.
Grog.
0.5 glass for rum, packet for rose tea, 2 pieces of sugar, one lemon circle, 1/4 glass for water.Rum add in glass cup, or glass refractory, add tea, add hot water. Sugar add, lemon, and mix.
