Vegetable soup-with zucchini.
300 gr potato, 200 gr squashes zucchini, 100 gr carrot, 100 gr onion leek, 50 gr vegetable oil, salt by taste.
Squashes small wash, cut on circles and fry from both sides on vegetable oil, leek and carrot wash, chop same, add in squash and fry in vegetable oil.Wash potato , clean, cut same, add hot water, cook till ready. After in potato broth add fried vegetables , salt, lead till boiling, and turn off fire. And leek you can change on onion simple, which to fry.
