Capricious gland.

 On my 70 y.old adenoma for prostate worry me long time. Am often visiting to pee. And urinary  bladder is a not full emptying, right egg feeling hurt as pressing. Tests showed ,that adenoma worsened, using omnik pills, prostamol  uno,  suppositors  vitaprost, maybe urologist would help me here.

Adenoma is  benign enlarging prostate gland in size, as after 50 y.old symptoms are rising and risk rising on 90 percent and on 90 y.old. And reasons today are not knows, and base version is destroying metabolism of testosterone ,which happening with age, that prostate reacts of  abundant grow. And also genetical factors affecting, sugar diabetes and heart diseases, weak life mode, obesity. Family story of disease too rising risk.

And very hard symptoms are destroying urination as on the nighttime, and you urinary bladder as a not full voiding, hard urges to urination, often urination is on the daily time, and weak urinary in urination.

And later your  urinary bladder is overstretching  and worsening his function, and on hard cases urine is congestion in urinary bladder, or chronic urinary delay. And leading to kidneys damages with a loosing theirs function and ability to filter blood with urea forming.

And very hard is acute delay urination ,and symptoms are here not ability to pee, ache under lon, blood in urine. And provoking these symptoms are over cooling , long non-empty urinary bladder, alcohol addiction, wrong meal.

This condition needing in emergency as hospitalization in urologic hospital, where in urinary bladder enters catheter for his artificial emptiness.

And standard investigation for patients with adenoma are finger rectal testing prostate, as in checking for enlarging prostate or not, and checking her consistence of tubercles, stone hardness is a sign for prostate cancer, ultrasound for prostate, as her true size, urea quantity keeping, which keeping in bladder, when patient gone peed.

Uroflowmetry as a quantity method for urination on special device, and device defines  a speed for urination and after finding her destroys.

And after 50 y.old in males as standard testing for level prostate specific antigen, enlarging of which allows suspecting a cancer for prostate gland.

And today cure for adenoma are surgery and conservative. And in not clear symptoms you are using remedies , just urination destroy, poor urine keeping size. 

And these are three groups remedies.

1.Alfa-adrenoblockers are proflosin, omnik, tamsulozin, doxaeozin are affecting on urinary bladder receptors and prostate, weak their tone, weak oedema, and urination improving by jet, and lowering often urination.

2. Inhibitors for 5 alfa-reductase are  delaying hyperplasia grow, and such grow leading till 50 cm  and they are reducing her size,

3. Remedies of herbs are prostamol uno, permixon, mol ubo.

And by a progressing data disease, conservative cure doing a long time, sometimes within all life.
