Flour mix, almond, vanilla, soda, baking powder. Add flour-nut mass in liquid pastry part, good mix.
Grease forms with oil, and apply pastry till half.And on the top is fresh raspberry and a sprinkle almond chopped for decorating ready cupcakes.And bake in oven on 185C for 45 min. Close cupcakes with pergament ,that a raspberry not stronger baking.
Cool cupcakes, decorate fresh berries, enjoy.
Spicy cupcakes.
3 cups for universal gluten-free powder, one tea.sp. soda, 2.5 tea.sp. ginger, 2 tea.sp. cinnamon, 1/3 tea.sp. nutmeg, sweetener by taste, 1/2 cup for olive oil, 1/3 cup for apple puree, and am baked apples in oven, 1/2 cup for artichoke syrup, or honey, 3 eggs, or 3 tbl.sp. changers, glass for nut milk, 2 oranges for cupcakes decorating.
Dry ingredients mix in plate, in blender mix eggs, syrup, oil, apple puree. Add in plate with oily mixture a flour mass and mix, adding by order, portions . And not stronger mix, that pastry not getting a very hard. Apply pastry in forms for cupcakes, filling for 1/3. Bake on 185C, till a dry tooth stick, less forms sizes are faster ready desert. Cool ten min, enjoy.
Apple cupcakes.
3 middle apples, cup for almond flour, or flour of an other nuts , 2 tbl.sp. corn starch, 4 tbl.sp. universal gluten-free powder, 1/4 cup for chopped walnuts, one tea.sp. for cinnamon, one tea.sp. of soda, one tbl.sp. flax flour with 3 tbl.sp. of water, one tbl.sp. aspen syrup, one tbl.sp. vegetable oil, one tea.sp. apple vinegar.
Sweetener by taste, am using three measure spoons Fit parade.
And bake apple, form purée, am cooking on pan, adding pieces in water, soft apples cool. Warm oven till 185 C, grease forms , am using are ten. Add flour flax in water, put in microwave for 40 sec on the high power, one apple cut on pieces, and peel to keep. Add all spices ,water. In blender mix puree , flax egg, syrup, oil, vinegar. In liquid mass this add mass with flour. And not mix pastry till end, as on the half process add chopped on pieces apples and walnuts chopped. And your pastry is moisturizing, thick. Apply pastry in forms, filling for full. Bake 20 min till a golden colour and dry tooth stick. Cool 15 min in forms.
