Am a healthy mum for my sweet boy Carrie. His age is 3.5, and he is having celiac. We are all family keeping gluten-free diet , and because of baby, that connect usual menu with gluten-free on a kitchen is not possible. We are on diet almost 2 years. And a most hard in this diet is poor info. We are searched all a little bit, as about meal, cure, diet, about traces of gluten on a dish. Am taken corn flour or rice by usual manufacture and not understood why my son still felt bad, and hard by financed, am in decree, diet is more expensive, than a meal. When am already on right way, and i m received tested products with certifications , and first, that restored in my son is stool, after skin displayed are stopped. And he stopped felt caprice, irritability, agressive. A last are aches in legs stopped. They are kept a more, than one year, and despite on diet, right now is ok. Am felt more energy, edemas stopped, since a morning gastrointestinal restored and silence, and gases removed. Easiness. Surroundings are regretting us, for our life mode, but in vain, traditional respect to the bread on the table in our culture lead to, that all relatives and close are think,that we are suffering and not recidiving something.
And this is not true! When are all celiac symptomes stopped, And in our meal added sugar, yeasts, fruits, beans, and our table is not duffering from an usual, We are eating cakes, pies, candies, cookies and on holidays, but am I cooking theirs. And of poor info, relatives are long thought, that celiacia will stop, and need to give for baby a bit of gluten meal. And we are not used these advices, we are suppressing these comments, but they are unfortunately stayed. And am understood, that celiacia is very spreading disease, as diabetes, and very poor informed. We are visited 8 different doctors, and no one put a right diagnosis. And when am received lots of info, am asked a doctor for these tests to do, but just two doctors put us on diet till a put disease reason, that a bit hardened our way to the right diagnosis. Now our life is true different, we are not depressed, stressed, living as usual peoples, just visiting kindergarten with an own meal , and for guests taking an own meal box. We are not visiting cafés, restaurants, but picnics on the nature are true good. Till am not accept a disease, situation looked hopeless, and son s perspectives are foggy,thus on this time my dishes are not tasted received. And when im understood are all pluses in our new life, all are restored. And importance in cooking-gluten free meal is mood. And not today, strictly by recipes, improvizing, am cooking taste dishes, especially, are pelemeni, bread, which am never reached cooked. And information about celiac is spreading, and about meal in market useful, in countries opening gluten-free cafe. And am believe, that time will begin, that in Russian every celiac can to eat in any Russian towns.
