And my gluten-free breakfast
My subscribers and friends are sharing ,that of poor morning time they are lost good breakfast. And its a good, if they are to give breakfast for children, morning time are lots of business work.
And on ideal you can add early sleep, and wake up earlier, if you are long time staying on night,thus you can feeling bad on the morning and in adequate condition leading you are taking lots of time. And my morning here is no energy, and bad mood, and not good. And importance here in intolerance gluten you are needing sleeping good, that bad sleep too affecting on skin, my skin to itch, and red. When am timely going in bed, thus my skin is ok. Full sleep without stress are importance on gluten-free diet, and with stressed are hard to work. And this is my permanent condition depends on from a when am going to sleep, and how many times am sleeping, just from me depending. And importance rule ,that going to sleep till 12.00 am, and earlier is a more better. Am waking up on 6.00, hubby with daughter are sleeping,this is my time, like a new movie scene, taking attention on every minutes and never though that this experience will useful for me.
6.30-7.00 Washing, doing elementary massage for face, and a few exercises for face fitness, which is very slowly entering in my life, but later, am not used this seriously, when peoples are shared, that am looking better.Doing, what is very strange giving an awesome result.
6.45-7.45 And working begun and adding glass of water. Planning, reading mails, and this book am written on early morning, she is charged my morning energy, and let s she transfers her on you are will inspire you on a new ,healthy happy life.
7.45-8.30 Cooking breakfast, Eva wakes up, and helping her for ready in kindergarten, and you can say,that within 15 min you cannot cook gluten-free breakfast. Am sharing recipe, which you will learn for 2 times and benefit on the morning , and importance a business for technique and you will be cooking his with closed eyes.
Cook gluten-free oats, and for this time war pan and cook pastry for 6 pancakes. Add pastry on a pan for first pancake.Turn off porridge and bake pancakes. Apply porridge in plate and with pancakes serving on table. And for a table Eva are eating first pancakes.
