8. Fresh bird, fish, and bought as frozen, not in vacuum packet.
9. All fruits.
10. Vegetable oil, sesame, corn, soya, olive.
11. Eggs.
12. Nuts,seeds.
Corn, buckwheat, rice, millet, flour of these cereals, and for meal cooking. And take attention a buy flour from cereals, and importance here need note as gluten-free, and sign, as crossed out spica.
