Oats soup with prunes.
100 gr oats flakes, 50 gr butter oil, 100 gr prunes, 5 glasses for water. Wash prunes, and wet for two hours in cold water, and in this water cook till softness. Clean from stones, cut. A hot salted water add in flakes, cook till softness, rub through sieve, and add in prunes infusion. Add prunes, salt, lead till boiling, and dress soup with butter oil.
Oats porridge As breakfast for energy.
3 tbl.sp oats , bitter oil, prunes, dried apricots, honey, nuts.
Wet oats for 5 min in hot water, lead till boiling, add in thermos, infuse 5 min, and before serving dress with butter oil, and other ingredients.
Flatbreads of oats flakes Magic.
100 gr oats flakes, 200 gr flour, 1/2 tea.sp. soda, egg, 1/2 l. of milk, salt.
Wash flakes in cold water in sieve, add glass for boiled milk, infuse half hours. Add flour , soda, salt pinch, an infused milk, shaken egg, form pastry. And with spoon pastry add in pan with warmed vegetable oil, and spreading thin layer and fry flatbreads from a both sides.Serve as hot, sprinkle with cinnamon, curd or jam.
Apple pudding with oats flakes are joy for life.
4 tbl.sp. oats flakes, condensed milk, lemon juice, 4 apples, 2 tbl.sp. shredding almond, or other nuts.Add water in flakes and infuse night. Clean apples, shred, add in flakes and condensed milk, and add lemon juice. Sprinkle pudding with chopped nuts.
Oats muffins with banana.
3/4 cup for whole grain flour, 1/2 cup for oats flakes, 1/4 cup for brown sugar, 2 tbl.sp. flax seeds, one tea.sp. cinnamon, 1/2 tea.sp. salt, white egg, 1/4 tea.sp. vanilla sugar, 2,5 tbl.sp. olive oil, purée of banana, 1/2 cup of milk.
Warm oven till 180C, and in deep plate mix flour, flakes, sugar, seeds, cinnamon, salt, soda.In other dish mix white eggs, oil, vanilla sugar, milk, banana.
A slow mix first mass with second till same consistence, after add in forms for muffins, and bake 15-18 min.
