One day i decided a changed my life, and for me this is real step, if am something changing, thus for long time. This is ,like in soldier s way , you are long and hard taking decide and lots of times, but when you are selected a choice,thus a back for way is not having and you are need taking all responsibility.Am I begun used a right regime. Gone in bed on 23.00 and woke up on 6 am, and what are happening within this time?
1. Hard has been for first week as woke up, after am need to sleep.
2. After a week a breaking ,am easy woke up, and without an alarm clock, this is additional stress for organism, but you can use a simple technique.Before sleep imagine a time,which you need to wake up, and in mind to see these numbers, and give a inside command or promise,that to wake up on this time. And this is true, work in me with an error on a few min. And wonderful.
3. On the morning am I using a full training for hour, with joint gymnastic, complex small yoga, combat s practise and meditation.And earlier am used just 20 min in the morning.
4.since 6 till 8 am working and within these two hours are much more, than before within are 3 a night. And here in the head are entering interesting and useful minds, ideas.
5. Within a day, work capacity raised on the order. Thus are putting for a day goals am I using, is a little bit a few staying.
6. Later with a practise right regime for day is a productivity high rising, and a feeling for rest is a full complete, and good sleeping and every day begins with a fresh head, and who though these words are true right:Who waking up earlier, thus God is serves!
