Within a last 6 months, I shortened sleep quantity for 3 hours. And here sleep staying deeper, quality, am am feeling energy within a day, and having a lot for forces.Am share with you what am endured, that my sleep staying enough within a few hours. And a how a lot of peoples, am feeling poor time, am filling his as emptiness. Am early waking up, late for sleep, and doing all work faster.And in result my organism not enough sleeping, head as noises, and in the evening am nothing doing . Thus am decided restored my own regime for sleep , and for check a how maximally need a time for sleeping enough and feel energy. And for restore sleep regime, a most importance to know a how his is build. And our sleep having 4 phases, as nap , half sleep, deep sleep and not deep fast sleep. If not enter in details, thus in importance form happening are an own importance processes.And a most better a sleep is enough, or not enough, affects 3 th phase in which happening technical servicing for organism. Removing toxins , restoring resources and checking organs work, and a more phases for deep sleep, thus sleep is deeply, and better are sleeping enough, and restoring. For a good sleep are importance 2 things, first is low temperature and on limit right-higher is your activity. Daily temperature need to stay a high, for a good organism work, and on the night is low, for a a brain faster entering in phase for deep sleep, and more in her staying.Second is melatonin , for sleep. Sleep is manufacturing,when our eyes staying in dark condition, and on the clear light he is destroying.And peak melatonin manufacturing is happens between 23.00-4.00 ,thus on this time a need to sleep.
An by these three rules, am created my regime.
1.Wake up is on the same time everyday, if on the working day am need to wake up on 6.00, thus on weekends am waking up on 6.00.Am turn in alarm clock on everyday, thus he is not turn off, till wake up. Why? Organism need to habit for wake up is on a same time,after go in bed in a same time.In result brain understand,that a right quantities for hours,for which you restores.
2. Wake up need on a phase fast sleep. And wake wake up a human is easy, and better in a phase for fast sleep, thus understand a moment,for this are a few method having: Use a apps for clever alarm clock a i used Pillow and Smart Alarm, they are most right, but not comfortable,phone need to put on the bed, for register dates for move and sleep.
Wake up on a same time is on an everyday, if to wake up easy on 6.20 ,than on 6.00, thus 6.20 is a phase for fast sleep. You can on different days to turn in alarm clock on a diffferent days.If wake up on everyday is on same time,thus my brain habit and will understand,that on 6.00 need transfer in a phase for fast sleep.
