All week am not woke up on 5.00 am, two days i slept. But by order. First two days has been indecificaly .Woke up on 5.00 am without a problem, but on 10.30-11 .00 am felt bad, that am added rest till 12.00 .Long-time ago am need to sleep after lunch on 15-16.00 and hard has been this interval since 19.00-20.00 .Am not sure,why this is happened, but am felt sleepy,thus to 22.00 am slept. And on third day organism is habit and am stayed till 14.-15.00 without a problem, but felt sleepy as very early.Thus to 22.30- 00.00 am gone for sleep. And on the daily time I slept for 40 min, and very good helps are mini sleeps .Organism is over loading and with a new forces keeping a new day, and first day I slept on 16 December, as on our independence day. And why this is happened, maybe of psychologic broken, than a physical. Am though for an early wake up for next day and importance since evening am though,that tomorrow is a weekend. Thus organism a full relaxed and am woke up till 9.00-10.00 .And at home entered till 1.00 am, and slept till 3.00 am.And with psychologic factor am sure here played a fatigue, as filled me within 4 days.And what about a manufacturing? Am never such good worked,as on these days on 5.00 till 8.00 am.This is for me true surprise as opening.Fresh head, concentration awesome , nothing and nobody worries me.These are 3 hours since a morning are productive,than an usual whole days.Am left home on 8.30 am, with understand, that within a day i m need to do. Yes, feeling sleepiness, but not bad, than are times segments,which am shared. If this sleepiness taking in me one hour an usual day, thus these are three hours are covering her with lichva by a productivity. And am focused on this week for goal till K2500000 /month. Am not sure,that this is tie early wake up, am happy that after first post are 8 peoples are agree to support me and too waking up on 5.00 am with me. We are chatted in WhatsApp and everybody wake up and shared our feels. And more easier these stages hard to transfer with our supporters. And on Friday we are met with other supporters businessmen and entrepreneur this Hells night by our limit for possibles. Goal as all night is not sleep, work, and go by technic Pomodoro.25 Minutes working with computer, 5-min rest, 25 min work, 5-min rest ,etc for all night till 7.00 am. Has been an awesome! All key goals used for this night, and result, that week is an awesome stayed. Am learned my organism is better, and effect in productivity too having.And am not to say you about a how this is reality, if to live that all life. And am sure is a not healthy. But organism can to habit a sleep just 5 hours. I understood, that goals are much, and all day busy, thus you not need to sleep. Thus am understand a Tesla ,which slept for 3-4 hours /day and said, that minds about are new openings are not giving him sleeping. If you are very busy, and goals are much, thus sleep for 5 hours/day is a not problem. Simple, need a rest for organism, so as tiredness too saving. I'm understood this within 4 days. Thus am keeping waking up on 5.00 am and keep, still a few days.And will to practise early wake up a most often, am enjoyed this.
And advices for you,if you are practising early waking up.
1. Set on an early wake up since evening.Give for organism message,that need to do it as wake up on early morning and its importance.
2. Doing are mini sleeps on 20-40 min/day,as after lunch, and on 19.00
3. Pan a day in advance,that a need to know right, that what to do on a morning, what is leave for evening. Productivity since morning, a better .
4. Always staying busy,thus within a day to sleep you are not want , when you are to stop and you are not busy, thus sleep will cover you.
5. Find a supporters , or like-minded persons ,which will wake with you, and support you, and wake up you.
