For 2 portions use 50 gr fresh spinach, 50 ml. of water, pinch of salt, 10 ml. of olive oil, 100 gr of rice flour, 5 gr psyllium.
For filling.
160 gr of any red fish as red salmon, 80 gr of onion, sea salt by taste.
Chop spinach, add water, shake in blender till one kind, add olive oil, salt, flour, psyllium, form pastry. Cook filling.
As for this grind fish, onion, cauliflower, add salt of pinch, mix.
And on the slight sprinkle flour a board roll pastry till thin layer, and with glass cut circles. On the middle every put filling, pinch edges, and form are vareniks. Cook theirs is salted water for 4 min. Serve with yogurt sauce, or one tbl.sp. fromage.

Grease fish with an olive oil, spices, add fresh thyme, wrap in sheet of pergament, and put in warmed oven till 180C for 15 min. And cook sauce. All mix ingredients, ,add sesame pinch, serve to fish.
