Lots of alone peoples living around us, and loneliness is disease, especially on pension. We are working when, we are happy, as care for children's, animals, hubby, and when a not need to fast, nothing visiting. But my hubby dead of 54 y.old. My hubby has been a good, children's are having an own family.Am worked since 17 y.old, when a, visited school on 7 y.old, thus and left her on 56 y.old .Am worked a teacher for begin classes, and when am ended institute, we are as my hubby, daughter stayed in Donetsk, all teenagers left village. I worked on war, am a veteran for hard work ,but when am sicked,am left my work.My school stayed is close to my house, am true cried heard ring, and though about a how am to live without a work. Am stressed, but every stress we are enduring on different, thus on begin September I visited Rjazan. At home am I trying something doing, as playing with my grandchildren, doing lessons with my old grandchildren, and depression not visited me. Am begun a care for my health, changed my attitude to life.
My morning is exercise for eyes, after 18.00 pm and drinking water just infused of silicone, she is benefit and taste, tea drink is green. First breakfast is glass of warm water with two tea.sp.apple vinegar and one tea.sp. of honey, infusion, and tea of plants. Cooking fresh squeezed juiced of carrot, beet, cabbage, pumpkin, apples, citric, what are having close in my refrigerator.
Watching TV, writing paper s letters, taking time with friends, calling for friends, playing in crosswords, enjoying poems, writing a few in my notebook, and a few are learning. And in my bad mood am writing poems and wisdom words. Am happy pensioner, as around me are good neighbours, family are helping me.thus my life without a boring and depression. And for alone peoples am advising using such life, enjoy world , itself, relatives, and life!
