For wrist getting relaxing use a chair with armrest, but if you are felt ache in wrist and pre shoulder, thus you can to do:
1. Press on the points , finding on the front, back, side neck surfaces/picture 17 a,b/.
2. Press on the points of shoulder joint/inside and external shoulder surface, deltoid muscle, over shoulder and infraspinatus fossa, shoulder blade stone/from a side an ache hand/. These points find on the picture 17 b,c,d.
3. Massage wrist, metacarpal bones, and fingers. Moves are, like soaping hands for washing. After A wrist of ache, hand good to rub with external side.
4. Rub pre shoulder of an ache hand.And especially stopping on the points for pre shoulders/picture 17 c.Theirs to press with a big finger of an other hand for 5 times on 7 sec.
5. Press on the wrist rear between are metacarpal bones in 3 points every for interdigital space /picture 17 e/.
7.And on ending are three times on 5 sec press on three points on the palm/picture 17 g/
