Fried chicken with prunes.
Cut pepper on circles, mix in chopped garlic, and stew. Chicken pieces rub with salt, fry on pan, and in remaining oil fry chopped onion. Mix his with pepper, garlic, and keep on fire a few minutes. And on a top put chicken pieces. Add prunes, wetting before his in water for ten min, raisin, vinegar, sugar. Close dish with lid and stew till plums, raisins will be soft.
One chicken middle sizes, 5 garlics pieces, 4 green peppers, salt by taste, 2 big onions, one tbl.sp. vinegar, 2 tbl.sp. sugar, 200 gr prunes, 1/2 glass of raisin.
With potato and kidney beans, a chicken.
Rub chicken pieces with salt, fry in oil, and remove, but in such pan add garlic, onion, and when onion will be a golden colour add vinegar, sugar, and on a top are chicken pieces.A few minutes, keep on fire. And add boiled potato, kidney beans, stew till chicken will be a soft, and before serve decorate with fried nuts.
One chicken, salt, 1/2 glass of raisin, 1/2 glass of any nuts, 2 big onions, 2 garlic pieces chopped, one tbl.sp. vinegar, 2 tbl.sp. sugar, 6 potatoes, glass of kidney beans.
Chicken in rusks.
Add chicken in water, add garlic, salt, lead till boiling and cook till water evaporating, cool chicken.
Shaken eggs mix with rusks, salt, spread this pastry for chicken pieces. Warm oil on pan, and fry till golden brown colour.
One chicken, cutting on pieces, salt, horse radish, pepper by taste, garlic pieces, 2 glasses of water, 2 eggs, glass of rusks or bread crumbs, sunflower oil.
Chicken casserole.
Cook potato purée , rubbing potato with milk, salt, and oil. Add in deep dish, and on a top put chicken s meat cutting, kidney beans or corn. Spread with shaken white eggs, sprinkle with shredding cheese and put in oven. Bake till a ruby crust forming, serve is hot.
200 gr boiled chicken meat, 7 potatoes, 50 gr oil, salt, pepper by taste, 3/4 glass of milk, glass of boiled corn, or kidney beans, 2 white eggs, one glass shredding cheese.
