1. Close fingers of pressing palm and put her is on the navel region/navel is finding under centre of palm, fingers directing for perpendicularly side line a body/picture 3/. And on the top pressing of palm put other palm, for fingers directing in opposite side. Care press on the belly with both palms, directing force of pressing is not deeply, but down, to the belly venter. And pressing doing just 5 sec, repeat pressing on two times.
2. After ten times, a not stronger clap on the belly.
3. Again, put palms is on the region navel, like on the first method doing. Doing turning moving is on the clockwise. Palms slide on the skin, but not separating from the navel and belly centre.
4. And not changing hands position, doing intensive pressing, as not in deep, but down, by direction to the belly centre, with vibrating move a palm. Pressing with vibration, repeat for ten times on 2 sec.
