And from all small indispositions has been  found in our check is creating pathophysiologic portrait  a patient, resuming our opinion about his condition and will tell a cure. And you must in mind to think every from function of an own patient, every from his organs, that finding there are destroys and showing having about a psychical patient condition. And if patient show his x-ray test, or laboratory, and you are met with these tests as ending a checking and created and own opinion. Instruments, which we are must use are simple as phonendoscope and wood stethoscope ,which lowering side effects and noises  and not distorts timbre   for hearing noises, apparatus for change arterial pressure in blood, hammer for a checking reflector reactions, ribbon-shaped cm, your airs, your eyes, hands, and your doctor s logic.

Testing pulse of patient is sitting position, after staying. Deviation are numbers for pulse hits in a sitting and staying   meaning on reaction of adapting myocard to tension.And if difference between are 2 numbers is not mo re a 8, adapting myocard is satisfaction.
