As minus  here is not defining   a disease with a 100 percent precision as in entering such molecules in organism for healthy adult  peoples a synthesis for dopamine is visible improving , but in young  are not reacting on this therapy. And just of side effects getting from this procedures. And about analyses on cholesterol in blood, glucose, liver tests as they are not playing a first level form, just additional role, as for excluding are diseases,which displaying  are ,like Parkinson symptoms .
