 As on my 90 y.old a hard stool for me,like a war, always fighting, they are progressing with age. And on winter, spring  time am using micro enemas with salted and honey solution.Salt clean wounds, kill microbes, and honey with lots of vitamins and minerals, amino acids is a good affecting on bowel and on an all organism. And data effects here is to soft stool.

As on a glass warm water use one tea.sp. salt cooking , one tea.sp. honey, and vegetable oil, mixing good and use as warm.And for micro enemas for one entering am using 10 ml. of infusion as a size for big injection,after liquid keep in anal duct for 20 min, if hard stool is very hard ,thus enter in anal as for three times with rest on 5 min, as for one séance within ten min enter 30 ml. salted infusion or honey,after also keeping 20 min till you are voiding a duct. And trust,that cleaning procedure dong without a force ,and later you are see, that  in anal hole  had been  disappeared all cracks and nodules,and such micro enemas doing everyday alternating between itself , course are 8-10 days.

And am share simple recipe as in neuralgia as on neuralgic attack cook a hard-boiled egg and put on towel, and cut on halves, as both halves, as keeping against burning you apply to place, where hurt is stronger, and you can to lie. And this cure good doing before sleep, and on the morning you are feeling better. Method is effective, just not trigger a disease.

And in hurt throat am right away in cup adding hot water, drip are 15 drops 5 perc.sol. Iodine and gargle throat, and if need you can cook a second cup and to gargle.

And more gargle a more mucus remove,and after taking tabl. sp. warming her over oven, adding in her vegetable oil, warm again, and keeping oil in mouth, sucking his,like candy,  minutes 20, helping  against any cold.

Am doing in cold beginning as stuffy nose , ache throat, as for night am use one tbl.sp. propolis infusion, 3 pills of garlic, vitamin D, and grease ointment loroziv for nostrils and nose inside.

And sweating for night is good,and morning feeling an awesome.

Such ointment is good in any aches as throat, gums, wound for grease, apply bandage or keeping in mouth.
