A filling of 1 kg pumpkin, onion, 2 garlics,2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil for fry, 0.5 tea.sp. salt, 1/4 tea.sp. pepper.Chop pumpkin on cubes, onion and garlic chop, fry pumpkin till half softness in oil, to the fry ending adding onion, garlic,add salt, pepper.cool.
And pastry.
Egg 1, 120 ml. of water , 0.5 tea.sp. of salt, one tbl.sp. melted butter oil, and pastry is need slightly softer, than on pelemeni/dumplings/. As roll a pastry till flat cake is on 0.5 cm a thickness, grease with butter oil, roll, and cut on pieces is on thickness on 2-2.5 cm And roll pieces of pastry till circles, add in theirs ready force meat, pinch ,like on triangle form, as middle leave a small hole. And form grease with vegetable oil, apply triangles and bake in oven on 25 min, Nice appetite!
