As eat on a small portions, meal is light, as for breakfast is child s porridge portion and baked apple, for lunch is a little bit meatless soup,white meat, or fish, compote of dried fruits, for dinner are salad with vegetables with vegetable oil, or mixture of vegetables and fruits,as received in blender. Avoiding artificial sausages, fat, fried meal, just better boil meal, bake,stew, limit and salt. Between meal time drink mineral water Essentuki ,Slavanskaja are 3 glasses within a day.
A improve peristaltic bowel ,fight spasms are helping infusion of Alexander leaf or Senna and rhubarb roots.
As one tbl.sp. leafs senna adding in glass of the hot water,boil 5 min, infuse,use 1/3 glass within a day, as on the evening before sleep.
As roots of infusion, use one tbl.sp. chopped roots in glass of water, infuse a few hours, cook after on weak fire for 5 min, turn off fire,filter,add water till a first size, use 1/3 glass for 3 times a day before meal.
As dyskinesias are often causing stresses, other psychogenic factors thus you can cook a remedy of 3 parts senna leaf, herb oregano, hypericum, melissa and two parts rhubarb roots, mix mass. And one tbl.sp. add in 1.5 glass of boiled water, use 0.5 glass for 2 times before meal.
As in a bad feeling and small ache after meal apply moderate hot water bottles on the belly.
