Memo for mums.

 As today for removing adenoids a mum with children not staying at hospital ,today this is ambulatory doing ,as on the morning you are staying and evening on you at home. And before surgery you are doing a few tests,and before a surgery give for children's are remedies  as improving blood coagulation/gluconate calcium, ascorutine as lowering bleeding after surgery,and these are rules,for needing doing in these cases.

1. As not eat on the evening time before surgery, and on the surgery time as against vomiting, just before 2.5 hour till surgery drink a sweet tea as from thermos.

2.After surgery,keep lie in bed for 40 min.without a surgery.As bleeding stopping for.

3. Buy before a surgery ice cream, ice cubes,just children after surgery suck in theirs in mouth, small pieces on, cold is faster bleeding stopping, and calming ache ,which is returning,when remedy stopping effecting.

4.In 2 hours after surgery give for children soup puree or liquid porridge,meal is water,cool, and not irritated, as hot meal and spices are rising blood current to nasopharynx and you are in high risk ,that after surgery bleeding is restoring.

5. As stay ready,that in 3 hours after surgery you can return to the home, as which within a week avoiding staying on the sun, mobility as plays of, physical loads,and meal is sparing.

And not worry as on a first two days after surgery for children is not better felling ,as worsening breath, than before with adenoids,and not means ,that surgery not helped,as reason are tissues edemas in after surgery wound,as she will soon remove.
