As am sharing my recipe for a cooking fried fish.As one kg of fish am use 250 ml or white wine and vegetable oil, 200 gr of salted lard, 70 gr of butter oil, garlic piece, onion, juice of lemon.
As meaty fish as silver carp as cutting on pieces and add marinade of white wine and vegetable oil, sprinkle a lemon juice,sprinkle a garlic. Infuse are 2 hours .After chop lard on pieces,and every fish piece wrap in such piece and fry in oil in pot with butter oil, and lard.Pour over marinade in which fish wetted,sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and onion chopped. As on top apply piece of butter oil and put in any stewing pot, stew is under lid on weak fire for hour.
