Cold nose.

 Asking you about ,that in normal peoples this is not meeting, or meeting very rare,as after a long used beta blockers as heart,as am having arrhythmia my nose stopped warmed a breathe in air,as a cold air not warming,entering in the nose,as a right away such a cold entering in my nose,also and with a cold water which am warming,as because of this condition am closing nose my warm scarf and on winter staying at home,and on summer is ok, if temperature is plus 25C .Doctors  prescribed me a vasodilation drops, and other are vessel narrowing,and other not helped me. As on my 78 y.old this problem am having for ten years,am understand ,that medicine not ability help me, but maybe your DR. would help me,as relieve my condition.

Dear Valentina answers doctor  otorinolaringologist  Saveljev as from you letter you are long time using anti arrythmic remedies and anti coagulants and you are sure ,that they are reason for cold nose feeling,as not changing a feeling for warm of a cool water. As lots of patients having a changes for sensitiveness a nose and throat and this is tie with a changes for a nerve vessel character, vegeto vessel dystonia, ageing factors with atrophy of mucus in nasopharynx. And not possible you complaints are tie with a using anti arrythmic remedies,thus are such drops will not help you,as this is not tie with a remedies using ,and caused a change for sensitiveness of nerve ends. And you can wash nose with solution Aqualor, aqua maris, physiomer or physiologic solution, use spray cameton for a softening nose mucus and oily drops with vitamins A and E .
