A pumpkin is my first helper in my kitchen and for health support. As she having minerals, vitamins are for a normal organism work. Am cooking of her are porridges, pancakes ,adding in cutlets, cooking juice, honey. And of seeds am cooking candies as they are helping in tired eyes as of watching TV and computer working.
As you need a clean are 0.5 kg of seeds to mince meat, add glass of stringy honey and mix till a same mass. As roll balls ,like a walnut size, and put in refrigerator. And use one candy for 3 times a day after meal.
