As in our community are right stamps for behavior and not right, but these stamps a most often are not matching for our organism needing.Lets talk about what is benefit and not benefit for our organism.
And if you are physical activity, eating fruits and vegetables, less eating bad food, less make love, thus your life is healthy are lots of us thinking. And healthy life mode is improving for our organism possibles or not worsening theirs.
And our planet and all humans living on a right rhytms. And if our life mode is not using these rhytms, as thus leading to energy loosing as abundant as remember a law for energy keeping, that is always form in disease. As on our planet is all tied on energy and our goal is having ,that energy beining more.And to activate energy centres , balance body energy, use breath technics,activating energy, giving energy loads, and not over loads.And these are all improve possibles of our body and prevent diseases display.
