As on my 34 y.old , Am having two children's,within 111 years,since after birth a first children am suffering of PMS , every months before 4 days to menses am feeling belly hurt, nausea, bad smells, sleepiness, crying, rising temperature, am use analgesics, calming, hormonal , but without are good results.And friends shared,that exercises are good helpers, but am not sure, maybe exerices will bad and worse my health, if exercises are curing , maybe you will advise few complexes.

As stand up on knees,as doing emphasis on palms, bending spine, on a one,two bend and move leg back, on 3,4 turn back.Exercise doing alternately with left ,and right leg.
And staying on knees in same pose, as one,two bend spine, like cat doing, when her stroke, after on 3,4 bend spine ,like arc, when she doing in met with a dog.
Sit, on the floor, put under itself legs, like padishah, put palms on ankles, and keeping pose doing a free breath exercises.
Ending exercises complex with walk on place.
