As on autumn winter cold avoiding am cooing a garlic honey mixture as one l. of honey adding juice ten lemons, chopped are 5 heads of garlic, mixing in cool place for week. Use one tea.sp. for 4 times a day,slowly sucking in mouth, last use before sleep.

And in cough am using  breast herbs of coltsfoot flowers, rose, lime, buds pine, as mixed mass one tbl.sp. adding in thermos and add 2 glasses of the hot water, infuse 3 hours, use,like a tea with currant black jam.

As in cold am using viburnum red, ad 15 berries in glass, add hot water, infuse, such tea drink within a day, if before my throat hurt often, thus after such tea am forgot about a cold. And this recipe helps in cough, tracheitis, bronchitis.

Chronic stuffy nose in 0.5 glass milk mix one tea.sp. shredding onion,filter, drip in nose.
