Am on 58 y.old, after 50 y.old diagnosed hypothyreosis as lowering function for thyroid gland, TTH hormone level in blood is high,

 T4  and T3 is norm, weight is high, face puffy, tensions and joints problems having, prescribed me a levothyroxin, but on the last year,yes,weigh is  lowering , but TTH  level is 4.Doctor though about,that am not having hypothyreosis, but hyperthyreosis am having,as am thin, very activity, but TTH  everyday on a top border a norm. T3,T4  right not not checking.as theirs levels role is not play, and when doctor shared about autoimmune hypothireosis , am wondered,  a how this is diagnoses, does it true,that every hypothyreosis is autoimmune?
