Very often such hurt feeling we are. As this place surviving a much loads and moving is high. Thus hurt are having lots of peoples ,and not depend from age.Medicine call these two fairytales for describing these hurts as osteochondrosis and hernia of inter vertebral disc. And on a real time, these two conditions are not reasons reason for hurt. Aches always having in muscle loads.
And reasons for these aches are three .But one reason is having or a combination a few.
Ache waist is over load muscles a waist,as you are not habit to a hard physical work,as carried bag with sand, or stayed as bended a statically for few min. And muscles here over loading and will hurt,and for remove hurt you need to do a static stretching.
Relax waist muscles with three methods.
1.And benefit in obesity as picture 16. Lie on spine, bend legs in knees and with hands to pull up to itself, not to the breast, just separate in sides to armpits.Delay in such position for two min.
2.Stand up on the connected together knees, low pelvis on the heels and not move from a heels, incline to the front with a raised behind head a hands /picture 17/. In an ideal a head is put on the floor.And here are good pulling waist muscles,and sit in such pose for 2 min.
3.Sit on floor with pulled legs and incline to the front,pulling with hands for ankles, legs are not bending/picture 18/, and down bent, head down, delay this pose for 2 min. And waist side caused a compressed a bones of pelvis his loaded muscles.As bones in pelvis in norm are mobility.Every bone is self move,and when muscles of pelvis are compressing bones and move with theirs,thus they are over loading a hurting.And loading having in pelvis muscle groups , but waist is hurt. And usually these are three power muscle groups as buttock, front, back hip surface.Theirs over loading leading to waist aches.As here is not enough to relax waist muscles, a need still to do a static stretching and for these three muscle groups. Front top a hip relax with a leg bending in knee, pull feet with a hand to pelvis,that will be a bend in knee and bend out in pelvis hip joint/picture 19/, and you are need feel ,that a front top of hip is stretched , but not loaded. And if you cannot catch a hand for feet,thus a put bended in a knee leg with a shin on the table or chair and move pelvis to the front, bending out in hip joint /picture 20, and check ,that tension will be a front top of hip.Delay such pose for 2 min.
