A flat feet is decreasing feet vault. A feet in norm is not flat, as arch and must to bend up, and this arch forming two vaults as longitudinal and transverse,forming of muscle loading.And in orthopedic this is feet vault forming a tensions,and its wrong. Bones position for each other is depend from muscles and theirs tone and balance, relationship a muscle tones. And flat feet forming,when weak muscles,tone of which and creates a feet vault. And carry orthopedic insoles is worsening situation or weak muscles are more. And theirs relaxing always causing for over loading a calf muscles .And just enough over loaded calf muscles and right away rising a feet vault.
Relax for calf muscle is not hard.
As to the wall go and put on her a feet,that feet stay on floor, and bone of big finger is on the wall/picture 29/. Pull
up pelvis to the wall till a feeling tension of calf muscle.And in such position as statically/ not mobility/ stay for 2 min. Repeat exercise on an other leg.
