As swelected and washed berries scald in boiling water for 3 min, filter,add glass of fresh water and cook till softness. Rub through sieve, add sugar, and cook till a pastry kind. And received mass add on a baking form and dry in oven. Keep in dry cool place.
one kg of berries is 800 gr of sugar, glass of water.
