In a boiling water add sugar, add raspbery juice with sugar chopped, and yeast. By taste add any sour juice or lemon juice.Put in warm place and give for ferment a mass for 2 days, as on the top showing foam.Add drink in bottles or good closed dish, add raisin, anf keep in cold place.
1 kg of berries fresh are 5 l. of water, 2 glasses of sugar, 15 gr of yeasts.
Raspberry jam.
Cook syrup of sugar with water as 2 glasses of water is sugar one kg, add in hot syrup raspberry and cook again 20 min, since a begin a boiling,and ready jam add in sterilized dish and close.
Raspberry compote.

Raspberry cream with white egg.
300 gr of raspberry, 300 gr of sugar, 2 white eggs shake till one mass, ice on to put, cold, serve also a cold.
Cream raspberry with lemon.
Take are 3 glasses of raspberry juice,add juice of two lemons, 350 gr of sugar, ten gr of gelatin, diluted before in raspbery juice or water, filter through sieve, add in forms and put on ice till gelation.

Jelly milk with a raspberry syrup.
in 0.5 l. of milk add 100 gr of syrup of raspberry jam, and boil.After add glass of of gelation solution and boil again. Gelatin 25 gr as before add in water for swelling and just after this add a water till 250 gr and boil.
