Washed fruits add in enamel pot, add water and cook on weak fire for 30 min, after cool fruits,rub through sieve for seeds separating.And in pulp add sugar as 0.5 kg for one kg of pulp and cook till a needing thickness.
Juice of medlar with pulp.
As for receiving juice with pulp as ready fruits cook in enamel pot as one l. for one kg of fruits,after softening mix good, rub through sieve, lead till boiling, add in jars or bottles and keep for to put, or use right away.
Juice of medlar without a pulp.
A cooking in juicer mashine as juice taking by steam or boiled water,sugar add by taste.
Medlar with honey.
Cook berries till a softening fullm rub through sieve, pulp lead till boiling, cool till 40/50C, add honey, mix, and serve to tea.

As by a way a cooking with water and rubbing through sieve to get pulp of medlar, cook till ad needing thickness,add sugar and use for fillings a pies.
