As with age a memory is weaks, her strengthening affecting is every day a hard work, and for this am doing these things.
1.Everyday physical work as exercises,and walk, fresh air improves blood circulation, positive effects is on the memory.
2.Everyday massage for the body, beginning from the head and till the legs feet's, are good effecting on the memory.
3.And if my plans are going for shopping or working or meeting, thus in mind am repeating a poem, and returning am singing a song.
4.As in a meeting with new peoples as for a not forgetting theirs names at home am thinking about a great poets,writers with these names and in all places and in anytime am using such methods.
5.For the strengthening memory are good doing regular mental loads are for crosswords and puzzles are on my blog below.
6.As for a planning a home work doing for tomorrow am writing are all in my notes or phone notes since evening, this diary helps me and positive affecting on the memory.
7.As leaving my home am turning out all are wi fi, Internet,TV,radio,gas, as on the table before my door written,that if you are leaving home turning out all elector items, and these facts are strong fixed in my mind.
8.As for every place at home am added right place.
9.As my ration is rational, everyday am eating fish, as she is positively effects for heart, blood and vessels and blood dilutes against atherosclerosis, against plaques, that positive for memory.
10.Eating bananas are feeding brain cells they are and improves memory, and on an empty stomach using one tbl.sp. o flax oil.
As for summer for memory am drinking a nettle tea as of leafs nettles adding in tea pot till top, adding hot water, infuse are 5 minutes and tea is ready.
11.Strengthen memory with an oils smell are rosemary, basil, as one drip put n towel, as to feel all day this smell.
12.Go in bed in one time, as sleep till 8 hours, normal sleep is good memory.
13.Try to not think long about a bad, negative emotions are bad memory.
