As for the neck you must to stay, not bending spine, shoulders blades are together, neck and shoulders relaxed are, turning slowly a head is on the clockwise,and after against are 5 minuted,and after for 5 times incline head to the front and back, left and right, and take a head with a palm move the right and incline her to the right, try to overcome force a hand,and same is to the left are 5 times.
As for the shoulders As stay same, circle moves doing with a shoulders to the front and back are 20 sec, after squeeze with a shoulders as neck is not moving are ten sec.
As for the hands AS faster and stronger squeeze and squeeze out fists are 7 times, turn wrists in the one direction, after is on opposite ,as stretch hands before itself,fingers are together, palms are looking down, as bending out palms up, and not separate fingers and stretch theirs to itself as a few sec. After palms are down and inside to, again a care stretching muscles.
As for the legs. Rise left leg and bend her in knee, doing a circle moves with a hip as to the left and right, as a shin move ,like pendulum are 8 times, and repeat with a right leg.
