8.Belly s muscles.
Load these muscles, peritoneum wall forming a hard, or belly,like to draw and after push out, again relax muscles such.
9.Hip and buttocks muscles.
Squeeze tighter a buttock, load hip, after remove loading.
10.Shin and calve muscles. Press on the feet's and fingers of feets down from a face, as that loading feeling in the calves muscles, after to relax, and let s for legs are resting comfortable.
11Shin, as a big tibia bone, as stretch fingers of feet's and feet's in the sides of face as till a feeling loading in these bones, after relax, and let s legs for resting same.
12.Ending moment as training ending , repeatedly stronger bending and stretching hands, also you can doing pulling, after deeply breathe and open eyes.
